Participant Rules & Regulations
By entering the Mopar Nationals event, the participant(s) and spectators agree to follow all rules & regulations and decisions as set forth by Mopar Nationals, Inc., National Trail Raceway, and any other authoritative representatives of the event.
Liability - In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and spectators, by execution of the entry form and/or purchase of event tickets, release and discharge Mopar Nationals, Inc., their agents, representatives and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Mopar Nationals event from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, loses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property. All participants are required to have insurance for their person/property. Entrants agree that participation in any games or activities will be limited to vehicles, which have passed a vehicle inspection as deemed by Mopar Nationals, Inc.
Operation - Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of the Mopar Nationals. Open headers, burnout's or any other reason an entrant or their vehicle is deemed objectionable by event management will subject entrant and their vehicle to eviction from the premises. Any poor behavior on or off the grounds will be reason for denying admittance of the entrant and vehicles to the grounds and also possible suspension from future events. In case of eviction or restriction, Mopar Nationals, Inc., is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion.
Entry and Advertising Release - All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by Mopar Nationals, Inc. Photos taken or submitted are the property of Mopar Nationals, Inc., and can be used at their discretion. The Event Logo(s) are reserved by Mopar Nationals, Inc. and can not be copied or duplicated in any way shape or form without the written consent of Mopar Nationals, Inc. There will be NO VCR, DVD or related filming of the event for sale unless proper licensing/permission is obtained from Mopar Nationals, Inc.
Sale of Items/Vendor Entry - See Vendor Contract for complete Rules & Regulations. Mopar Nationals is not responsible for any transactions that take place between a participant/spectator and the vendor. All sales, are between the two parties and not Mopar Nationals, Inc. New ASCP and BMI regulations make it necessary that all exhibitors (including commercial) are prohibited from playing mechanical music (this includes radios, tapes or discs) at the show. Vendors are responsible for fines or failure to comply. Vendors are responsible for all City/State taxes and/or licenses that are required. Vendor agrees to obey all laws of the City, State in which the event is taking place.
Refunds - This is no rain date; the event will take place on the advertised dates. If weather causes the cancellation of any scheduled event, there will be no refunds for admission/entry. Failure to pass inspection or qualify for any portion of the event will not qualify for a refund. Refunds are only made if requested in writing by the mail closing date. (July 1 if not stated). Failure to attend sacrifices entry fee.
Prizes – Prizes awarded during the event must be picked up by 3 PM Sunday or the prize is forfeited.
Show Awards - Winner(s) are responsible for picking up their awards on Saturday. Any awards not picked up are winners responsibilty. Mopar Nats (if requested) will only mail awards at winners expense within a 30 day time limit from the end of the event.
Goody Bag Pickup – Goody Bags must be picked up by 3 PM Sunday, or it will be forfeited. we do not mail.
Racing - Racers are responsible for picking up their awards/prizes/payouts by the end of the event (Sunday 7pm). Winner Plaques will only be mailed (if requested) at winners expense within a 30 day time limit.
Payouts/Awards: Are available for pickup at the event. Mopar Nationals at their descretion can offer up to a one month (30 day) claim period for Payouts & Awards from last date of event. All payouts & awards after this time (30 days from last day of event) are forfeited. In case of rainout, payout form MUST be filled out and submitted at event for payment. This guarantees participant was at event and ready to race in their class at the time event was called due to rain or weather conditions. Mopar Nationals has the choice of refunding entry fee or dividing class payout among finalists if the rain ends the event.
Golf Cart/Scooter/ATV - Usage of a motorized Golf Cart/Scooter/ATV/T-Handle or Skate Board is the sole responsibilty of the individual driving/riding the item. Any personal injuries or injuries to other attendees is the FULL responsibilty of the Driver/Rider. It is required that any operator of such device/unit/vehicle MUST have/carry liabilty insurance on that device/unit/vehicle. Mopar Nationals Inc., National Trail Raceway and its officers, agents, workers, etc., are not and can not be held responsible for the behavior or actions done by the Driver/Rider.
